Standard service of Divorce, Restaining Orders, Amended Family Documents, are prepared for service within 48hrs of receiving request and payment is made. We will attempt upto 5 attempts, if unsuccessful at personal service we will then attempt substitute service after the 3rd attempt if possible to anyone 18 or older in the household that will accept service followed up with 1st class mailing to complete service.
