This is Electronic Service of Process  delivery is usually done via email. Both parties must agree to the Electronic Service before Electronic Service is done and approved from the court (usually email delivery is done) to complete the  Service of Process. Only one email address is used for the fee charged. Any additional email addresses used or ‘cc’ is and extra fee charged.
